NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Five Senses Spa, Salon & Barbershop.

At Five Senses, we have the capability of storing credit card information in our secure system; therefore, we will ask you for your credit card information upon booking your appointments. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we respectfully request you give notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations by 5pm the day prior your scheduled appointment. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the credit card on file will be charged for the scheduled service in full. Also, for our guest's convenience and ease at checkout, when we have your credit card information, as long as it is current, you will no longer have to swipe your card. 

All of our policies are provided in the best quality and are designed to benefit the tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future guests. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other guests and the service provider is left with a significant gap during their day.

Should any guest refuse to hold their appointment with a valid credit card, he or she will only be offered services on a walk-in basis, depending on availability.
