This technique focuses on releasing tension through slow strokes and pressure to specific areas.  Relieves sore muscles and improves circulation.

This Ancient Chinese technique focuses on releasing tension and stress through massaging various points located on your hands and feet. The pressure-point concentration increases circulation and relaxes your entire body.

A deeply soothing massage that will help release tight muscles with smooth, heated basalt stones.  Various sized stones are used, addressing tension and improving the flow of energy in your body. 

Ayurvedic Shirodhara Massage.  (1hr 30min) $125

This is a truly relaxing technique that encourages balance and harmony.  A massage and foot scrub will relax and prepare you for the luxurious Shirodhara treatment.  Warm oil is poured onto the forehead and will flow through your hair and scalp for profound relaxation.  The service concludes with a scalp and neck massage.
