Rewards Program

Five Senses Spa and Salon’s complimentary rewards program allows our guest to collect reward points to be used towards future pampering.  Our Double Point Promotions will get you to more relaxation and pampering faster.

We automatically track your points, making it simple to collect and redeem points.  There are no cards to carry, you will not be bombarded with statements and there is no cost to participate.

The bottom of your receipt shows your point balance with every purchase.  If you are ever curious about the number of points you have, just give us a call.

Collecting Points

• Points are calculated on the products and services purchased at Five Senses Spa and Salon.
• Receive one point for every dollar you spend at Five Senses Spa and Salon.
• Our periodic Double Point Promotions make it easier and faster to obtain reward benefits.

Redeeming Reward Points

• Receive $10 off for every 500 points.  
• Once you have collected 500 points, the $10 discount is applied to your next service transaction.

Rules

• One $10 redemption will be allowed per visit/per day.
• Points are non-transferable and they do not have any cash value.
• The reward discount can only be applied on services, not product purchases.
• Points will not be collected on:
  • taxes and/or gratuity.
  • hair color usage.
  • hair or eyelash extension services.
  • specialty hair straightening services.
  • complimentary products, complimentary samples or complimentary services.
  • products purchased from Aveda’s website, or other Aveda locations.  Only products purchased at Five Senses Spa and Salon qualify for our reward points.
• Points will be deducted for any returns.
• If I come in with someone, and I pay for their service, do I receive the points?  No.  Points are awarded to the individual receiving the service/product, not the individual purchasing the service/product.
• Can I give my points to someone else?  No.  The points are intended to reward those that have collected the points over time. 
• Gift certificates
  • Can I use points to purchase a gift certificate for someone?  Points can not be used towards the purchase of gift certificates.
  • Do I get points when purchasing a gift certificate for someone?  Points are not awarded for gift certificate purchases.  These points are awarded to your recipient’s account as they are spent.
  • I purchased a gift certificate/services at a silent auction.  Do I get the points for services/products the day I come in?  Points will not be collected on any gift certificates/services/product that Five Senses donated to auctions, raffles, etc.
• Five Senses Spa and Salon may change or terminate the rewards program at our discretion.
