About Your Visit

Appointments - We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa appointments.  For hair, nail care and waxing services, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Payment Methods - Five Senses Spa and Salon accepts Cash, Check, VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover.

Spa Property - We will supply you with a bathrobe, spa slippers and locker.  These items must be left behind in the designated location. Each item not returned will be charged to your account. You may bring your own robe and slippers for comfort. Change rooms are equipped with changing area, vanity area and hairdryers.

Personal Property - Five Senses Spa and Salon, provides secure lockers for your personal belongings, however we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Cell Phones - All electronic communication devices must be turned off, or be placed on “vibrate” mode.

Children - Children are expected to be considerate of the facility and are expected to be obedient and respectful to other individuals receiving services. Children receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.
