APPOINTMENTS
· Prices, packages, promotions and services are subject to change.
· The "+" symbol before a service amount indicates the cost to be paid in
addition to the original service.
· The "+" symbol after a service amount indicates the starting price.
· Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations.
· Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash, Check, VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover.
CELL PHONES
All electronic communication devices must be turned off, or be placed on
“vibrate” mode.
CHILDREN
Due to the nature of our business, children may hinder your experience
and the experience of other guests. We advise to only bring in children
that are receiving services. Should children be receiving services, they
must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their service.
Children are expected to be considerate of the facility and are expected to
be obedient and respectful to other individuals receiving services.
SPA AMENITIES
We will supply you with a bathrobe, spa slippers and small locker. We will
make disposable undergarments available to you for body treatments and
specific waxing services. Change rooms are equipped with changing
area, personal amenities and vanity area.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
We provide secure lockers for your personal belongings, however we are
not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
